Erin F.When I was a younger man, I was considered a power user and early adopter of technology. I think that technology can make our lives tremendously easier and better. The problem is, I have aged and technology has not aged well! Earlier, my philosophy always was if there was a problem. It was a user problem. But now, between technology rushed out into the field before it was ready, shortcuts to save money, and a lack of commitment to efficiency, frequently. The technology that we spend money for is flawed. And, I've gotten older and less adaptable. So I have to turn to David on a regular basis to connect speakers to figure out why my printer won't print to figure out why the keyboard won't key, to allow me to take advantage of technology in my house. If I didn't have access to David, I think I'd still be using tin cans and string!
